Full & Minimal Gyms

A. 3 rounds for range:

30 sec Supinated Grip Hang

10 Upper Pec Range Presses

10 Seal Pushups

5 Wide Grip Pullovers

B. Rotate EMOM for 24 min: (8 x thru)

min 1 – 8 Bench Dips w/Hip Extension

min 2 – 6/side DB Elbow Out Rows

min 3 – 75 Single Unders*

*if you make 75 unbroken single unders in rounds 1-4 (no tripping each time), then work on Double Unders for 30 sec instead in rounds 5-8. (see 11:18′ in video for more details)

C. 2 rounds for range:

5 Cross Bench Pullovers

5/5 Twisting Waiter’s Press to Windmills
