I’m Scott Hagnas. I am a trainer in Portland, Oregon. I work with a wide variety of clients from many different sports, to professional performers, CEOs, to many regular folks. I especially like sharing what I have learned about staying fit and healthy for the long haul.
My ideal client is someone who is willing to work hard AND smart to achieve a goal, also who appreciates that fitness and health is a lifelong pursuit.
Everyone is different and starts from a different place, so a training program should address your individual needs. It should be challenging enough to give you serious results while not so difficult that it wears you down over time. A good training program should address all physical qualities – mobility, strength, endurance, power, relaxation, speed, skills, and more.
