Individual Program Design/Remote Coaching
A 100% individualized training program. Full assessment, needs analysis, and periodized to your sport’s season (if applicable). Covers mobility/prep work, strength/power training, conditioning, and recovery/lifestyle practices. Workouts will be tailored to what equipment or gym facilities you have access to.
Personal or Small Group Training
If you are in the Portland, OR area, I train at Blue Ox Athletics/CrossFit Portland. Also, in some special circumstances, I may be able to come to you.
Do you like creating your own program, but would like some advice or input? Or, maybe you are a coach with some questions. One-time consultations can cover a variety of topics.
